I am very lucky to have this amazing opportunity to go to Spain. I am sure it will be an amazing experience. And although I am nervous, I am very excited to get there and immerse myself in the culture. I have been emailing with my host family and they are very nice. We sent emails and pictures to one another telling about our lives at home, our families, friends, likes, and dislikes. It is a family of four; the parents and two boys. I can not wait to meet them. It is hard for me to have any idea of what Spain will be like because this will be my first time traveling there. I know the weather will be moderate, maybe a little rainy, but mostly nice. I hope that I am able to learn a lot about the language and be a very good speaker by the time I leave. Getting there will be an interesting adventure in itself but I can’t wait. See you in Spain!
